Backed by Science

Dr. David Spiegel, renowned psychiatrist and Associate Chair of Psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine, brings over 45 years of clinical and research experience studying stress, pain, sleep, and hypnosis. As the Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Reveri, he has taught over 7,000 people how to better manage their minds and bodies using hypnosis. With his extensive educational background at Harvard and Yale, and his current role as a teacher at Stanford, Reveri provides access to his expertise for anyone looking to make positive changes.

Change Your Mind

Reveri's self-hypnosis sessions are designed to help you regain control over your body by utilizing the power of your mind. These focused sessions cover a range of challenges such as insomnia, stress, focus, pain perception, eating habits, and quitting smoking.

What is Self-Hypnosis?

In simple terms, self-hypnosis is a naturally occurring state of highly focused attention. It's similar to getting lost in a good movie or book, where you become fully immersed in the experience and forget about the world around you. Like using a telephoto lens or zooming in on a picture on your phone, self-hypnosis allows you to focus on a specific area while becoming less aware of the surrounding context. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis actually increases your control over your mind and body, providing an avenue to harness the power of your mind more effectively.
